DESCRIPTION

A very sturdy & Robust machine built on M.S. square bars and totally encompassed with S.S. coverings. The unit is provided with built-in vaccum-pump, S.S. salt belt, feed worm glue, reservoir, gluing S.S. Roller, gluing rubber roller, twin label taker, pick up cylinder, pick up fingers, label stripper belts, rubber pressing pads, rubber pressing belt, M.S. optional S.S. electric control panel.

 

OPERATION

The conxtainers received on S.S. salt belt is precisely spaced by the feed worm, to reach at the label wrap around point at the required time. While entering at the feed worm, the container also de-clutches the label holder and optional over printing device.
The rotating gluing S.S. Roller transfers the wet glue from the glue reservoir onto the gluing roller in the form of a thin uniform layer. The twin label taker during its rotation receives glue from the gluing rubber roller.
Since the container has already declutched the label holder and optional over printing device, it oscillates oon its axis in the synchronised manner with the label taker during which the label receives the wet glue & gets picked by the label taker.
The label taker during its further rotation, comes in contact with the pick up cylinder and the label held on to the pick up cylinder positively with the help of pick up fingers and vaccum. The pick up fingers move in after the label pickup and the label is held perfectly in a position on to the pickup cylinder by vaccum.
The label now reaches at the label wrapped around point where the container is waiting for the label. The vaccum gets cut off at the wrap around point when the container starts rotating with the help of label stripper belts & gets wrapped around by the label.
The glued container now passes between the rubber pad and rubber pressing belt for perfect label fixation and releases neatly glued container at the exit end of the conveyor.

CHANGE PARTS

For change over of each Container Size or Label Size following change parts will be called for :

Container Size- The Feed Worm will be the change part for different diameter containers.
Label Size - Whereas, for Label size Change over, the Label Taker, Label Holder's Upper & Lower Plates will be required
Input Specification Label - The rear side of the label should be non glossy, soft and absorbant but non permiation for perfect gluing. The label paper should be 60-75 grams/square meter and the fiber direction of the label must run parallel to the Container's axis. The tolerance on length should be = 0.2mm.
Container - The Container should be clean, non oily and without traces of liquid / powder for neat labelling.
