DESCRIPTION

Table Top machine suitable for sterile / injectable / dry syrup powder filling for a small scale operation.
The machine consists of powder hopper, augur, container platform & control push buttons.
CHANGE PARTS

THE BASIC UNIT IS FITTED WITH PARTS SUITABLE FOR ANY ONE FILL SIZE OF POWDER.

IN THE EVENT OF CHANGE OVER OF EACH FILL SIZE, FOLLOWING CHANGE PARTS WILL BE REQUIRED : 

* AUGUR - For each fill size, different diameter pitch augur is required.
* FUNNEL - For higher fill size from 5 grams to 15 grams different size of funnel is required.
* POWDER HOPPER - For higher fill size from 5 grams & above, different size of powder hopper is required for high capacity of storage & proper agitation.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
OPTIMUM OUTPUT : 2100 Containers/Hour for Single Dose to 1200 Containers/Hour for Double Dose Operations (depending upon Operator's efficiency).
FILL SIZE : 100 mg. to 25 grams, with the help of different sizes of augurs, depending on the neck diameter of containers.
ACCURACY : +-1 to 2% for uniform density & free flowing powders.
